I'm Ivana Gogova, a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in stress-driven immune health. I spent my 20s and 30s in investment banking, raising two children, and running on empty. I had my own health challenges that didn't add up, and no amount of "trying harder" would solve them.
When I studied nutrition properly, everything clicked into place. Now I work with women who are doing everything right but still feel like something's missing.
