What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available immediately. You can watch at your own pace throughout the week.

How much time will this actually take?

Approximately 6-7 hours per week: 1 hour for the weekly live session, 30-45 mins for meal prep daily (recipes reuse ingredients), 15-20 mins daily for mindset practices. Designed for busy lives.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Meal plans include modification notes and alternatives. You can adapt recipes to suit your needs whilst keeping the nutritional principles intact.

I'm nervous about the group format. Will I have to share personal details?

The group is capped at 12-15 people for intimacy. You share only what feels comfortable. Many find the community aspect more supportive than isolating, but participation level is entirely your choice.

Is this a weight loss programme?

No. The focus is stress resilience, energy, and nervous system regulation. Some people's bodies naturally rebalance when stress patterns resolve, but that's not the goal.

Stress may be out of your control. But how you think, feel, and respond is up to you.
