  • 60 minute session to go over your health objectives, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle

  • 20 minute call to discuss and agree your plan with you

  • Nutritional plan with dietary, lifestyle and supplement changes, as needed

  • Referrals for testing, if necessary

  • Discounts on supplements and tests (not included in the price of the consultation)

Follow-up Consultations
  • 30 minute session to go over changes in your health or objectives, and your progress in terms of adopting the plan we agreed

  • Review of test results, if previously advised

  • Updated plan and referrals, as needed

  • One Initial and two Follow-up consultations as above

  • Recipes and shopping lists to support you with meal planning
