A clinical review of what you're taking, by a registered nutritional therapist who doesn't earn a penny from your supplement choices

You're not someone who buys supplements casually. Each one in your cupboard had a reason when you started it.
The magnesium because you can't switch off at night. The B-complex because mid-afternoon you've got nothing left. The probiotic because your gut has been off since last summer. The adaptogen someone said would help with stress. The vitamin D because your immunity isn't what it was.
The trouble is that reasons accumulate. After a few years of adding things, the picture gets murky. You can't quite remember what you started for what, whether it's still doing anything, or whether you'd notice if you stopped.
You've thought about asking your GP, but supplements aren't really their territory. You've thought about asking ChatGPT, and maybe you have, and the answer was confident but somehow not quite enough.
What you might want is a professional, sitting with your supplement list, your symptoms, your actual situation, and giving you a considered second opinion.

A 30-minute video call with me, after I've reviewed everything you're currently taking, the medications you're on, your health objectives, and the symptoms you're managing.
You'll come away with:
A clear view of what's working hard for you and what isn't
The forms, doses, and timing that affect bioavailability
Any interactions worth knowing about between supplements or with your medications
A simplified protocol document showing what to take, when, and why
A short list of things to watch for in your body over the next month
Then, four to six weeks later, we have a 15-minute follow-up call. We look at what changed, what didn't, and adjust if needed. Because supplements take time to show their effect, and a single session without a check-in is less useful than it sounds.
£97. By application only.

Because this isn't right for everyone. If you're managing multiple complex conditions, taking several prescription medications, or going through a period of significant medical change, a 30-minute review wouldn't give you the depth your situation needs. I'd be doing you a disservice by accepting your booking.
The application takes about five minutes. If we're a fit, I'll send the full intake form and we'll book the call. If we're not, I'll tell you what might serve you better.

Because I kept hearing the same thing from women in my 1:1 practice. They'd show up with a pile of supplements, half of them duplicating each other, several past their use-by date, and no clear picture of what was making a difference. Mostly because they'd been adding things for years, hoping the next bottle would be the one.
What they wanted wasn't another long protocol. They wanted permission to stop. And a professional opinion they could actually trust.
I take a maximum of six of these reviews each month. Each one gets the proper attention it needs.
“Her program combines scientific depth with practical, real-world guidance, so you understand not just what to do but why it matters. She takes the time to consider your personal circumstances and adapts her advice so that it feels both achievable and effective”

You can paste your supplement list into ChatGPT and get a list of recommendations in five minutes. That's not what this is.
This is a registered nutritional therapist taking clinical responsibility for what you're told. Reading your supplement list as the picture of a stressed body, not just a list of products. Telling you which interactions matter for your situation and which don't. Giving you a single, clear protocol you can actually follow, then checking in to see how your body responded.
Instead of earning commissions from the supplements I recommend, I pass on the full supplement discount to my clients. After we start working together, it's available to you for as long as you need.
So when I tell you to keep taking something, or stop taking something, my only stake is in you getting the right answer.
“Ivana doesn't push supplements or private tests, and she doesn't take commission... Like me, she believes in managing health, nutrition and wellness as naturally as possible.”

This isn't a personalised supplement plan from scratch. It isn't a full nutritional consultation. It isn't a substitute for medical advice or a replacement for working with your GP.
It's a focused, clinical review of what you're already taking, and a clear next step based on what we find.

Sometimes a supplement review reveals that what you actually need is the fuller picture, a proper assessment of your history, lifestyle, and what's driving your symptoms in the first place. If that's where we land, you can upgrade to a full initial consultation within six weeks of your review, and the £97 you paid comes off the price.
You're not committing to anything by booking the review. You're starting with the smallest sensible step and seeing where it leads.
“Her approach is kind, structured, and extremely thorough. Ivana educated and supported me through ongoing complex pain issues and confusing advice from other health professionals. Her detailed approach ensured I reached optimal nutritional level, with a simple plan to follow.”

Reviews currently booking for May 2026. I'll respond within two working days. It takes under 5 minutes to complete your application form.
